BOLT FOOD **********

I don't usually complain and I have a lot of patience but Bolt Food is a bunch of **********!!!!! They usually disappoint but never to this level with no apology at all.

I ordered food from Kauai Portside (they were great), using the Bolt Food App. The app then showed that the driver was on his way and a few seconds later that the food had been delivered- but i had not received any food at all. The driver contacted me to say he is outside but i was standing outside the entire time and still no driver. I explained how to get to my address in Loop Street and the driver started shouting at me saying he wont deliver my food and i must collect it from Kauai Portside. I contacted the branch who confirmed that the driver did not return my food. Contacted Bolt Support Team who kept using an automated response- not assisting me at all. They said they would refund my account but i do not ever want to use them again!

DO NOT USE THEM! R243 and 5 hours later and still no food, refund or apology!
