Bolt food fail

I ordered a meal from Indian foodcourt in steenberg. R128 later the order deliery time becomes later and later. I call the driver he says he will be there soon. I call back and he says he doesnt work off Bolt foods only Uber eats and his delivery was just made. I send a message in the Get help section and they offer me 20 bucks off my next delivery. No! Then they say they will refund the money which will take an additional 7 days. So they dont run checks? Does the number belong to the person? And lastly where the hell did my food go. Deleting this app. Honestly so unreliable. Clearly not safe
