Bolt food 2hr wait and didn't receive order

I am highly upset as I had guests and I ordered from Pedro's at 7:15 pm and the restaurant was done by 7:35,my order went on till after 9:35pm,The driver kept moving around yet update said "the courier is picking up your order" yet he was nowhere near the restaurant,he then disappeared on my radar.after a tedious wait my order was cancelled.

I feel my time was wasted the time my order dragged would have been the time I could have went to order the food myself ,I'd like a refund and to be compensated.
