Bolt Drivers, keeps food for themselves

The Bolt driver, Benny Komandaka ***) collects food, switches off his mobile and doesn't deliver. I've attempted to called him several times, his phone goes directly to voicemail, I've tried calling Bolt it goes to voicemail, I've messaged Bolt and get an automated response. After almost 25 hours bolt responds to say they will refund my account.

Seems Bolt drivers taking customers food orders is a regular occurrence. DON'T ORDER FROM BOLT!
