Bolt cannot be trusted

I requested for food, paid everything online. When the delivery driver called I couldn't hear my phone. I then called two minutes after to no avail he ignored ally calls , he did not answer my almost 20 or more calls. He then made my order to say delivered were as I did not receive my order. I then lodged a complaint with bolt, who then said they called and I did not pick up were as they called and after I picked up they hanged up. Then called them back while still standing by the rain. Then instead of going through to them it only the pod or robot thing spoke rather giving me an email address to send queries on. They now called me past 10 at night saying how they apologise and they can't do anything about this and how my money was taken like that even though I told them that I did pick up the time of delivery but they hanged up. I'm so frustrated, I was looking forward to have my nice big bear combo from spur tonight.
