Bad Service

I order food from Bolt Food, my order was marked delivered but I never received my order my order number is CFKC8. When I tried calling the courier, his was off immediately after updating my order as delivered. I contacted bolt food about this but they chose not to respond me. This is totally wrong, exploiting people. The courier's contact number is +***. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was picked up by the courier guy. Why is Bolt not responding me with regards to this. This is so wrong.
