Bad service

I ordered a meal using Bolt food for the very first time, I ordered meal from Mochachos Rock Cottage - Halaal Honeypark on the 25-Aug-2023 order#JGIE2

The courier guy delivered wrong order and I sent him back to go get the correct order. I then gave the courier guy the meal to return it to the store, the guy didn’t return back.

I called the store and explained everything, the store Manager told me that: usually Courier guys eat the meal in cases of this sort.

I lodged this case with Bolt food explain my issue, they told me that they’re investigating the issue. The following day they then revert back to me with the below messages.

“ Thank you for getting back to us Murendeni.

I have confirmed that the courier already went back and delivered to you the correct items we are unable to proceed with this issue.

Kind Regards,

Wilson, Bolt.”

And that time the courier guy didn’t return any meal.

So the store is saying the courier guy didn’t return back the order and they can’t trace him. Yet Bolt food is telling me different story.

I honestly feel that there is so much dishonesty in this situation.

I don’t know who has to pay back my money or return back the meal that I have ordered

But I had a very bad experience with this platform
