Bad client service

On Tuesday February 15th I placed an order using bolt food and I never received it so I logged a query on the bolt food app customer service and the agent that assisted me assured me they my money would be refunded, it's been two days now and I'm still waiting. I have been sending texts on their app and no one has rep**** 😔
