Beware of Bolt Electric fencing

Unfortunately I am still sitting with a faulty electric fence 1 year later. I called Juan after the fence alarm would trip randomly and the siren would go off at all times of the day and night. He then came to remove the box which he said was faulty and returned two weeks later with the same box, saying that there was nothing wrong with the box. I discovered after, he had left, that the he placed the alarm on a very low volume. So the initial problem has never been solved. I have tried calling Juan, but he gives all kinds of excuses as to why he cannot come or not answering the call.. Finally Monday he promised to be here this morning at 10am. He never pitched, nor answering my calls.
