Bolt is the worst !!!

I forgot my phone in a bolt after shopping. I contacted bolt from a different device on the contact details provided on their website. I had used phone to call the driver 2 minutes before the trip. Bolt responded to my email saying that they were not able to contact the driver. I contacted them everyday for five days. They kept sating they could not get ahold of the driver. Then the following week I emailed them again and was informed that they finally spoke to the driver and he did not see my phone. I was very disappointed in bolt. I'd been using bolt/taxify for almost 3 years. They do not value their customers.
