Boledi Travel Centre

Our family was led by our noses by this supposedly professional flight centre in Polokwane. My elderly aunt were taken advantage of by this con artists. She were made to pay a service fee to commence their "services" of R800.00...

She needed a flight quote from OR Thambo to Auckland New Zeeland....They made one to Australia instead and charged her R1000 Itinerary fee to ensure a flight booking R1660 for a Visa application and assistance...They only made an appointment with the embassy in Pretoria and two photo copies..she had to go there and make her application herself...They charged an courier service of ZAR250 for no courier services rendered. She paid and realized the destination were wrong....They said they overcharged her with R1565 between New Zeeland and Australia...

She received her visa last Thursday and the flight centre said they will issue her with the ticket for Monday....Monday we were still waiting... after inquiring once again they said sorry mistake will make one for Tuesday...all said and done...close of business hours Monday no ticket still...I called them oh sorry they will start looking for a flight right away...I lost it...

We demand a full refund for all monies paid for services not Rendered of R3460.

They do not want to comply and have a mouth full to say...needless to say we need to enlist the services of another flight centre now at additional charges never mind the trouble of her receiving family having to make and cancel their own travel arrangements over and over again and other costs incurred here.

Avoid them like the plague!!!!
