We had such a terrible experience with this company. They send you cartridges and tell you that you have 30 days to pay. The very next day after delivery they phone for payment. They harass you! One of their staff members even swore at us. They send you stock without you ordering. I have never in my life dealt with such a unprofessional company before. They need to learn about customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their ink cartridges are a waste and don't even last. We found that the original cartridges are are actually cheaper than their *******!
