Sells Faulty Products

We were called by the sales lady and told about their Cartridges that would save us so much money. So we bought them... That was our first mistake. The Cartridges that we received looked fine. But when we started using them we quickly noticed that they are faulty. They made strange lines and did not print in color. We bought new ones and the printer worked perfectly. We called the company multiple times and every time they say they will get back to us. It has now been months since our complaint and now they are simply avoiding our calls.
