Cartridge Monster

Terrible is still a good rating for this monster of a person. This "boldsky industries" are selling printer cartridges, which is a ****. The guy's name is Steven. He is a monster who won't stop phoning and verbally abuses. The sales lady sold two cartridges to us, 30 day payment. After delivery they started phoning about the payment. After the payment they started phoning about the other two cartridges that's part of a set, that we also need to buy, which was not part of their first story. He insisted that we must take it. My manager told him we don't want it. This guy Steven made our life hell for a month, phoning and abusing every time. If you phone him, he answers but does not speak. This Steven speaks with an accent. Don't EVER buy from them.
