Bad Service, ******** and Bullies

I was phoned by a woman who offered us a toner which can do 12000 prints with a price of R2 500.00. Last week i was phoned by a man to state that he wants to apologize as he forgot to send all 3 toners at once, i said i only ordered 1, he said its his fault. Today we received 2 toners with an invoice for R5 000.00. So i went to return it via courier. This guy phoned me and told me they wont accept it back and then he started verbally abuse me. He kept on phoning until i finally told him to stop harassing me. He waited 15 minutes and then phoned me back to tell me he will blacklist all of us. i said go and listen to your own recordings
