WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

So our graphics designer sent Stanley from Boldmedia Signage pdf's of 250 business, 20 Company Profiles & 20 Brochures we needed to have printed and he assured us that once he receives the payment then the print outs will be ready bu 14:00 the same day and so we sent him the proof of payment around 11am on the same day but upon arrival at the agreed time the print outs weren't ready, there quantity wasn't as it should've been and some of the print outs were incorrect.

We then tried to make contact with him telephonically and we then established that he's blocked our numbers but was replying to emails. Once contacted via email he did say he'd print the missing print outs free of charge and thereafter we still had the same problem in regards to the print outs.

SO all in all, i'd never advice anyone to use his services as he doesn't even have his own equipment but rather subcontracts from 24hr printing in Bramley.
