Bold Ip solar installation

This company provide solar installations I made use of them for a installation at my elderly parents retirement home. The 'brain' behind this, as referred to by himself is a man called David. At first very friendly but when the installation went south he became very rude. He blamed problems on myself and co-staff. Work mainly took place after hours, on a Synday or a public holliday. I called in the assistance of another solar installer and found that the installation (not working at that stage) to be uncompliant with safety regulations. No earth leak, no fuses on inverter , no change over switch, and he charged for a fridge that could not be supported by the small system. He refuse to refund me alghough admitting that he should have known this. Please spare yourself the pure agony of having to deal with this extremely rude service provider. He lacks all sense of customer centricity.
