BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have decided to buy a jacket with personalized printing for my overseas trip at Boland Promotions. The Sales Person gave us some sample jackets to fit on before printing on the jackets. Me and two of my friends fitted on the LARGE jacket & it was a bit to tight. THERE WAS NO XL to fit, so we decided to go with the XL (As the sales person told us that the XL will be bigger. NB: We normally wear M-L clothes)

When the jackets came, its was way to SMALL. I called Boland Promotions today & the same sales person told me with an bad attitude that I must pay for another jacket, its not his fault & there is nothing that he can do!! My flight is SUNDAY! I need my jacket!

I will never recommend anyone to do business with Boland Promotions Stellenbosch!
