Rude and inefficient

Our dealings with Frank for our home gas installation were nothing short of shocking and upsetting. <br> We paid 50% of the quotation and after a week and a half of no show despite empty promises, we were told that we had not made the full payment as required for installation. Despite admission of not reading the fineprint, we were not willing to do this and we decided to go with another service provider (who was HALF the price and installed the next day-Christo from Gas connection was amazing). In politely trying to get our deposit back -we were granted many choice words, phones slammed in our ears, e-mails not responded to etc. etc. With the final telephone conversation involving a \dont ever call me again!"?<br> He said he'd return our deposit with a call out fee deducted and to date we have not got any money back.<br> The whole situation was just so upsetting and there is no harm in being civil and polite to people no matter your dealings with them.<br> """
