Bad service with unqualified mechanic

The \mechanic"did not put the alternator back properly.The owner confirmed his unqualified mechanic worked on my car. He did say that he is very sorry and would refund us as I was their fault. A few weeks after that he refused to refund us and called my husband names over the phone."""
