Bokwana garden maintenance, horrible service

During December our complex garden service takes leave. Due to very tall grass I messaged Bokwana Garden service for assistance. They came and tidied my garden. The owners grand daughter said they will come service my garden once monthly as they have another customer in the area who also wants service once a month. She asked my ID nr etc and said they would come every last Thu of the month. The day came and went and they did not show up. When I messaged she said sorry they can't help me once a month it throws her schedule off. She has been ignoring me ever since. Absolutely dissapointed and disgusted with the lack of respect and service. She in person told me they will assist and also on whatsapp. And did not let me know that she was not willing to come anymore. And just went silent on me. Montana and surround.
