Pathetic Service

I ported 2 numbers, one for my wife and one for me from MTN to Boksel. We decided on theR299 unlimted contracts and R39 for 1G data each. First they wanted a deposit, which was paid. She ported the end of October 2016 and I ported in November 2016. The first debit was deducted for my wife's phone in November. Suddenly in the beginning of December 2016 they made 3 deductions. My wife went to see them and the answer she got there is a mistake and R346. Ok and the debit for my account was for one and a half month. Then in the mddle of December i got no signal. This went on for a week. Even Cell C, which is their provider came to my office. I spent 3 days trying to sort this out. Eventually it sorted itself out. Then I get a bill for DEcember for R588 for data, although i was of the air for a week. I normally dont even use a gig a month.

So after all this my wife still hasn't received here R348. So in the beginning of February I decided to port the numbers to another service provider. I have a phone with a dual sim. THe one is BOksel and the other is MTN. I go the the new service provider and ask for the 3 numbers to be ported. THis was yester dat 9 am. My MTN sim was ported to the new provider by 8 pm. It was defnetly not CEll C or Vodacom. IT was at Telkom MObile. They toldme it would take 24 hours. That wasn't the problem. SO this morning I check my phone but Boksel is still active I pic up the phone and phone them . I calmly got told that I first have to cancel on their website. This means I will have no communication. However it doesn't bother them. I gave them an ultimatum to sort it out. The lady take s my phone number and will phone me back. Well an hour later I phone her again and she are just adamewnt. The manager, as usual is in a meeting and you are not allowed to speak to the CEO. WHat a pathetic set of cuicumstances. Boksel is pathetic. Really it was one of my biggest mistakes that I ever made. I still have no answers
