On the 26th of November I bought a washing machine, invoice was sent and the amount on the invoice was paid on the same day directly to the owners account.

2 days later i'm being told to add an additional R1300 towards my purchase and when I requested for my money to be paid back the owner is rude and refuses to pay back my money.

Please DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THEM, their customer service is very bad and they are unreliable.
