Bokkie Park Diere Kliniek Parkdene Boksburg Rude!!

First of all the Male SO Dr im not even sure of his name is, is so rude and insensitive and second of all they are a *******! I took my pet there to their parlour, they shaved his testicles open understandably it may have been accidentally but when i took my baby back they said there was nothing that they could do its not their fault, but it is, they never shaved him properly, he has licked so badly even after trying many creams and badaging etc and his so traumatised from the irritation and pain that he has started biting himself and his tail, but the Dr is not willing to take responsibilty and help instead he is rude and ill mannered towards me.. terrible customer service and no accountability!!!! He then says to me while im walking out to take my baby somewhere else that \i just dont want his help"but meantime he has already told me he CANT help and that I could have prevented this!!!! No sense of humanity or sensitivity.. so sad"
