refuse to refund

<p>me and sister pay for the cruise to mozambique during dec and we didnt go. we spoke to Angel the manager about the refund and she promise to do so even today since. we call the office and left the message but she did not come back to us we wrote some email she did not respont and dont take our call, so pls help us get our refund</p>
