Appointment not honoured

I called the place, the service provider never answered, then we communicated with sms's, agreed on an appointment which was on an sms, took my day off from work went at the address provided did not find the spa. I called no response then I left the area went back home which is 15km from the spa. After sending sms to ask her or him because I do not even know whether it's a man or woman 25 min later he/she send sms that she/ he is not at the spa she /he thought I was coming a day before.<br> On that day before if she he did not see me arriving never checked whether I was still coming. Funny it was not verbal agreement it was an sms which I still have on my phone. I took a day off wasted my time that I could have done something, drove 30km to and fro wasted my petrol for nothing. I do not see any reason for him or her to woek with customers. Even today I'm not sure about the address, 2 Malherbe street is not a spa is a creche/ nursery, front opposite is a school next to that is a small complex with cappellos restaurant and a gym.<br> People that were having breakfast there and capellos staff do not know Bokamoso spa.
