I've had a policy with Bokamoso from August 2020 and everything was well and they were debiting every month from my account. October 2021 I put in my first claim and now I'm told my policy has elapsed. Yes I agree I was 2 months late on my premium but they told me to pay for those 2 months and my policy will be on track but now they don't want to pay. If only I knew that this was a **** I was never going to waist my time and money with this nonsense ********.
