BOKAMOSO IKUSASA SCHEME THE DISHONESTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL FUNERAL POLICY

Hellopeter may you assist me with a dishonest, unprofessional policy that ****s people in Soweto .I joined a funeral policy called BOKAMOSO IKUSASA BURIAL SCHEME last year around June 2020 and I have been paying every month consistently my monthly premiums, so for the very first time one I lost a family member last week on the 7th of August 2021 and I claimed with them on 10th of August 2021 can you believe BOKAMOSO IKUSASA BURIAL SCHEME does not want to pay me back I even had to loan money to burry my family member as I have been calling BOKAMOSO everyday asking them when are they going to pay for the claim I lodged with them they are telling me that they can't pay me now because many people are on the waiting list to be paid they are operating on backlog since there's too many people dying during lockdown/Covid times so they are not sure when will they pay me and on a daily basis as I use my airtime calling them to do a follow up they change stories just today they told me they will pay me back in 48hours which is next week worse part even last week they told me the very same story so what is the point of joining a funeral policy hoping it will assist in difficult times when someone passed away then only to find out they are going to pay weeks after funeral? I feel frustrated, angry , bitter and sad. Kindly assist me to get back my payout today from BOKAMOSO IKUSASA BURIAL SCHEME as I have to pay back the loans I took to burry a family member since they failed to pay me back my payout.
