Bokamoso Funeral policy, a bunch of ********.

Bokamoso Funeral policy is the worst xem. Very unreasonable, unreliable, unprofessional. My dad submitted a claim on the 21.12.2021 & submitted relevant documents, to this date 29.12.2021. Nothing, they just told my dad that most staff is on holiday & they can't get hold of them. They didn't seem to care much that they are dealing with a pensioner, whom they've sending from pillar to post without answers. It's the inconvenience caused for me.
