Terrible attitude and service

We ordered a tombstone from Bojanala Rustenburg about a month ago. They were supposed to send us a picture or email of what has been written on the tombstone so we can check if everything is correct and accurate but no one has bothered to do that even after I sent them an email. I'm really appalled by their bad service and the staff attitude. It seems the people working there don't know how to speak to people and they also don't know what they are doing, all they do is just make you hold on the line
