Enquiring how much is my balance or refund

Everything was going well for the first past six months. I never thought when you do the lay-bys the comps has to keep calling and asking of you did pay or not. Because truly speaking it was irritating for me. Then apparently there was a document I’ve signed but it wasn’t what I was told that am signing for. Then I skipped a month and paid the following month. The problem is am busy paying but I don’t even know how much is balance. I’ve been trying to call the Bojanala number *** the branch in Rustenburg doesn’t go through, *** & *** Swartruggens Branch where I opened my account at is been 2 months now. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied because last time I had to go in person as I was told that because the tombstone has increased then my account also will increase. I didn’t understand really. Suddenly I was told that my lay-bys period is over so I will forfeit my money or I have to pay R1000 upfront and which I did and since then I’ve been paying and forwarding the proof of payment but there’s no communication from them. But the time I wasn’t able to pay just for a month I will receive calls left and right. Now am only asking for the balance so I know how much I have to pay. It really frustrating me. I trusted them even though I was warned that they ****med someone by making them pay more than what they agreed with. Firstly I paid R1000 that we are told that is for the registration for laybying, even today I still don’t understand how can you lay-bys and being demanded to pay an upfront of lay-bys? This proof that I don’t have cash to buy. If I can only be helped so I can finally pay off or get my money back.
