Accommodation and pathetic and unprofessional people

What a piece of nonsense, they get my son to sign a contract for next year which is 2023, without my knowledge and they are aware who pays for the accommodation, and when he is suppose to move out they say he is suppose to serve notice, while the contract, was signed for 11months, and when u ask for the people in the office they are not working weekends and u can even get hold of them for the past 3 days, what kind of a place is this, and they expect people to come and stay there, when u don't pay for accommodation they are all over u
