Bad customer service

I went to this place during December last year and it happened that when I was paying I noticed in the morning that I was charged twice. I have been trying to resolve this matter with the manager but is going nowhere till today. I even have a statement to confirm the two payments being a duplicate and as well the workers did confirm my story in front of the manager but yet nothing has been done.
