No busses and they are not fit for road

I work in Centurion and we are the highest paying commuters as our ticket is the most expensive one. We are left stranded by busses for not coming, if they come they break on the road and we are always full inside like sardines'. Imagine the distance from Centurion to Hammanskraal standing. We have been promised new buses since April when they want us to agree on 10% increase for tickets, up to now we are still struggling. Getting late to work everyday, sometimes we are told our driver is not in, so why must that be our problem?<br> <br> Please assist
