Bogosi Memorial Tombstone Nightmare

I have never dealt with such dishonest people. I made enquiries about installation of a tombstone for my dad. I was given a quotation and I forwarded it to my mother. She was happy with the quotation. My mother paid R45 000 deposit into this company in October 2018. The balance was to be paid on completion of the work. The work was supposed to be finished end November 2018 as we were planning to have the tombstone unveilling first week of December 2018. This did not happen and we had to postpone the unveilling February 2019. New promises were made with new deadlines. They still did not meet the new deadlines. We had to postpone again to March 2019. They still did not meet the deadline. As a family we were forced to do the unveilling without the tombstone as we could no longer postpone. The only thing to show for the deposit that my mother has paid is the foundation (cement they put inside the grave and they left it like that). My mother and myself have made so many calls to the owners but they always make empty promises. Now they are not taking our calls. My mother is very stressed. I dont know what kind of people rob pensioners. My mother is 73 years old and very sick because of the stress. I have asked for the deposit back and they don't want to pay it back. To date there is no tombstone.
