Bogarts Villa stay away

I have paid for accommodation at R6000 per night that I did not stay at. The home had no electricity or hot water and the host knew that we were traveling 5 hours from Johannesburg but failed to notify us and expected us to stay at the home all weekend without hot water or electricity. We are a family with two children under the age of 5. The Villa is I’m the bush and would have been pitch dark and dangerous at night. We did not check in and had to find alternative accommodation as the host was very unreasonable and refused to even refund us. He told us to sit it out it’s not his fault. Stay away from Pieter he is money hungry
