Managers Horrible Attitude & Food cold

We visted Boerkombuis on 4/11 around about 13h13 with much excitement as my friend suggested the restaurant. But the experience was nothing as described. Keep in mind we were only 3 people.

We waited for our food almost an hour. When bringing this to the attention of the Manager (white, short lady) She went and checked the order time. She then came back with an attitude to inform as " the order was only placed 40 min and that she can assure us that we didn't wait longer than any customers"

We calculated when we ordered as my mom received a phone call during the ordering process. This means the waiter only loaded our order 10 to 15 min later. Keep in mind that not a lot of food orderes went out mostly drinks.

When the food eventually came my steak was cold. We once again called the same manager to inform her about this and her response was " I saw how they took it off." I then responded "do you want to feel ?"

I do not think this is the appropriate response from a manager.

We also waited awhile for our drinks aswell

The food was not to bad but COLD...

This place will not see us again !
