WARNING ABOUT BOERENOOI ******** CUSTOMERS

Be warned: This vendor is ******** clients. When ordering from them you are forced to send proof of payment after receiving their invoice in order for order to be placed/processed. After payment the proof of order provided is **** with generic internet stock pics. I placed and submitted proof of payment of my order on 13 May 2022 and now after 2.5 months and numerous empty promises and excuses, **** tracking numbers etc I have yet to receive my order or refund from Sindy from BoereNooi.

I've been told that my order has arrived and will be couriered since 3 June 2022. However I've never received a photo nor proof of waybill for package nor my package since. After weeks of struggling I was told that she was ****med by supplier and found a new supplier. Then I received a **** tracking number from her - claiming the package was collected on Tuesday 26 July (once again) by The Courier Guy for delivery but the tracking number can only be tracked in 2 days time. I've contacted customer care at The Courier Guy and they confirmed that the tracking number does not exist. I've informed Sindy of this and she got very defensive saying that The Courier Guy is confused. Then she promised that my order will be delivered on Friday, 29 July 2022 before 17h00 and should it not be delivered that I will receive my refund by then. I didn't received any order nor refund.

So I would like to warn future customers to be aware of this ******** company and avoid losing your hard earned money. It is time that ******** are exposed.

Avoid the neverending excuses and losing your money by avoiding this vendor, *BOERENOOI* and sharing this warning with other social media users.
