Placed an online order and paid on 06/08/2026

Placed an online order and paid on 06/08/2026. Did not receive an e-mail or message that order was received. I made contact via e-mail eventually. The lady send me a message on 14 August 2026 that my order is ready and will be sent by courier on 17/08/2026. I did not receive anything from a courier company on Monday by which I can trck my parcel. Now she is not replying to my sms’s, e-mail, messages send via site. Today is 20/08/2026 and service delivery of 5 - 7 days is promised when placing the order. Really bad service - especially avoidance!!!
