Rude and *********** to run a business

I arranged with the Manager/oener of Bierelicious a babyshower for the 24th of feb. As per telephone arrangements. She did not quote according to what I requested. On the day of baby shower the owner was rude to staff infront if clients and even told one of my guest to not treat her like a child, when my client inly asked the staff how far are the with the order placed by then the manager/ owner commented rudely that the staff will not know and then came uo to our party and asked the guests if they all received their meals on that my client responded that we are nit allowed to ask and the the manager / owner tild my guest nit to talk to her as if she is a child.... After most of my guests left the manager / owner only then asked about the desert order and we had to pay for all deserts even if the guests did not order ... We had to pay the account knowing that she is making us pay for meals we did not receive.

Please do not use Boetelicious for any events arranged by the Manager / Owner as she is *********** to run a business and deal will clients and her own staff She is rude and unprofessional.
