The customer service at Boerboel Wear can only be described as arrogant, dismissive, and lacking accountability. What makes this even more concerning is that it directly contradicts the image the brand promotes, proudly South African, built on quality, durability, and trust. My experience reflects the exact opposite. I purchased items from the Boerboel Wear range, and after only one wash, the clothing faded significantly. I returned the items the following week, expecting a fair and straightforward resolution. From the outset, there were already clear signs of a product issue. On the day of purchase, items were being removed from the shelves due to the same fading problem and sent back, indicating that this was clearly not an isolated incident. Despite this, rather than acknowledging what appears to be a quality issue, the response was to shift the blame onto the customer without any factual basis. This approach is not only unacceptable but also undermines the credibility of the brand. After reading other reviews, it seems that my experience is not unique. There appears to be a recurring pattern of deflecting responsibility instead of standing behind the product and addressing legitimate customer concerns. I also read a review where the poor quality of the products was seemingly blamed on the fact that production is kept local. I found this particularly disappointing from a brand that promotes itself as proudly South African. Surely local manufacturing should be a point of pride and quality, not an excuse when products fail to meet acceptable standards. In the end, the most disappointing aspect was not even the poor quality of the clothing, but the way the complaint was handled. A brand that promotes itself as proudly South African and quality-driven should take responsibility when its products fail, not dismiss valid complaints and imply that the customer is at fault.

Bought Chelsea boots for R1600 a pair, for the name and price of the boots the quality it doesn't live up to expectation After 2 months the boot's stiching came loose,I've seen better snitching on a pair of PEP sneakers
