Boer & Brit Graaf Reinert

We booked a 2 bedroom unit at Boer & Brit, at 36 Noord Street, Graaf Reinert, but on arrival were directed to unit 2B at 34 Noord Street, which was a one bedroomed unit with 2 single beds in the dining area. There was no lounge. Our overseas visitors were not impressed. This was total unsuitable for 2 middle ages couples and we had to find alternative accommodation. Despite not being given the accommodation we booked, the establishment is refusing to refund us in full.
