Cannot fulfil Groupon Voucher

I bought a Groupon Voucher for my partner from this company. <br> <br> We have been unable to secure an appointment for months now and their staff made it clear that there were many many customers that cannot get an appointment.<br> <br> We have been conned as it is clear that vouchers are sold without the intention of fulfilling the services promised. I want my money back.
