Delete negative reviews and false claims

Advertised as safe on bikini line but it's too abrasive for sensitive skin - it left bumps and a bit of bleeding. I added a review on their Instagram page (mentioning it worked on legs, so not fully negative, just warning others buying for the bikini line like I did) and it was deleted. I posted again and it was deleted, then I was blocked. They clearly delete any negative feedback. They also say it removes hair at the root and hair grows back slower than with shaving - it works exactly like a razor, probably more effective, and hair grows back just as fast.
