DEDUCTING MONEY AFTER GYM CLOSED!!!!

My son joined the gym in Glen Marais and are paying R49.00 per month on his contract, however, the gym is not even there anymore. They keep deducting the R49.00 per month from my account for his membership and I don't even know if there is any branches in Kempton anymore??? This is **********. How can you deduct money for something we cannot use? That's DISHONEST!!!
