Accounting system in shambles

I joined Bodyflo approximately 5 years ago when they were running a special for something like R90 a month. I cancelled my membership with no outstanding fees. The manager of Bodyflo Glen Marais still called me telephonically to find out why I want to cancel my membership and I told him the new lay out of the gym did not give ladies the privacy of exercising like the had before they rearranged the gym and that was the reason I joined them.

Never again in the past 5 years did I hear again from anyone at Bodyflo until today. If there was a problem or outstanding fees, why did I not once receive a phone call, account, anything!! Suddenly out of the blue, I get an SMS today after 5 years to tell me my account is overdue with R4118.80. What the hell guys? You build your gym on Christian values but if I read all your other reviews and this sudden sms you sent me, you guys run your gym on anything BUT Christian values, you are clearly disorganized, unprofessional and your accounting system is in shambles. Any person that might consider to join Bodyflo should think twice!
