<p>so first off when we just started there we had one of their personal trainers charge us for supplements we paid for them and didn't get our product or money back. Secondly, we get double debited and wait almost a month and still no feedback on the refund. Thirdly, we tell them in December that we are canceling our contract, nothing gets said about having to give notice via email or anything. Fourthly, when you tell them you canceling even when confirmed you will only be paying the R1000 cancellation fee they sneakingly put through a debit through and put a lock on it so you can't stop it. these people are a bunch of ******* and we have only but bad service from them a complete an utter joke only reason your doors are still open is because of all the money you are *****ing from innocent people trying to better their lives you should be ashamed of yourselves. this is the kind of service you get at Body Flo in Edenvale</p>
