A bunch of *******!

So I called the gym about 2 months ago to find out when my contract ends and was told by someone that it will end on 21 April 2015. I call again this morning to confirm that it ended on the 21st and was told by another woman (Tambo) that my contract ended last year already but that they don't automatically cancel your contract, you have to sign a cancellation form - which no one bothered to mention to me yet they were happy to debit my account each month. And now when i request a cancellation form, i get told that i need to pay for 3 months because apparently there were 3 debit orders that did not go off my account. How the hell can these people expect me to pay for 3 months that i \OWE"when they have been taking money off my account for the past year even after my contract ended. Should they not have contacted me to say that my contract is ending? Should they have not contacted me to let me know that there were 3 debit orders that did not go off my account? These people are extremely *********** and i WILL NOT pay another cent to them"""
