Worst trainers and not enough equipments

I signed the contract with them without seeing there facilities and services because I was not opened when I was signing the contract, when it's open there not enough equipments and don't qualified or helping trainers, I am a first timer in gym.. with this negligence I ask for canceling my contract and they asking 75% of 2years contract, also I am unemployed now..
