Poor Service at Body 20

Hi, 2weeks ago I got an email campaign from Instagram ads and then one of your consultants contacted me for a session at your Kylami branch on 11.09.2021 at 11:00 when I got there the guy just told me they are fully booked for demos. My complaint is that he called me and sent me WhatsApp to come and get a demo at 11:00 am in the morning, so I wasted my petrol and time to go there obviously I was disappointed and angry for wasting my time what made me more upset was that your consultant was not remorseful at all and was very ****y I quietly left. He still has not followed up. This is more of a wake-up call or your workers will destroy your business and ruin your reputation. This was your Kylami branch
